§ Booking Deposit $500 (becomes security/ damage deposit, refundable upon inspection after checkout)
§ Full payment is due 30 days prior to check in
§ Admin Fee: $17 per person over age of 5
§ MAT tax 4% included in nightly rate
§ Check in- 3 pm
§ Check out – 10 am.
§ Strictly No Smoking
§ Unit will be fully sanitized and cleaned using only COVID-19 Approved cleaning agents prior to arrival. Cleaning/ Sanitization fee will be applied to each stay
§ Waterpark Passes available for purchase at the Welcome Centre
§ Golf Cart available at additional daily rental rate (inquire for details).
